  • Imported Data: If you sync your CRM or contacts to our AI Workforce, you represent that you have the legal right to share that data. We process this strictly to perform the services you’ve requested.

  • AI Interactions: We log interactions between your users and our AI agents to improve bot accuracy and provide you with transcripts/analytics.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To Provide Services: Operating your AI bots, hosting your websites, and managing your marketing workflows.

  • AI Optimization: We use anonymized interaction data to tune your specific AI models for better performance. We do not sell your data to third parties for the purpose of training general public AI models.

  • Communication: To send system alerts, billing notices, and (with your consent) marketing updates.

  • Legitimate Interests: We retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

4. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

  • Third-Party AI Processors: We utilize industry-leading AI infrastructure (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). Your data is transmitted to these providers via secure API for processing but remains subject to strict confidentiality.

  • Service Providers: We may share data with vendors who provide hosting (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) or payment processing (e.g., Stripe).

  • Compliance with Law: We may disclose information if required by a valid legal order or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

5. SMS AND MOBILE DATA

If you utilize our SMS marketing features:

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

     

  • All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

     

  • You are responsible for ensuring your end-users have “opted-in” to receive messages via your AI Workforce.

     

6. COOKIES AND TRACKING

We use cookies and pixels (like Google Analytics) to understand how you interact with our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the Platform may cease to function. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

7. YOUR RIGHTS (CORRECTION & DELETION)

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold.

  • Correction: Update inaccurate info via your account dashboard.

  • Deletion: Request the “Right to be Forgotten.” Upon account closure, we delete identifiable data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

GREENstick is based in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the U.S. For EU/UK users, we utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure data protection adequacy.

9. SECURITY

We implement enterprise-grade security, including TLS encryption for data in transit and one-way hashing for passwords. While we strive for perfection, no internet transmission is 100% secure; you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your login credentials.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes in AI regulations or our business practices. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the Platform 30 days before taking effect.
