Share a Complete Meeting Recap with One Link
External meeting sharing now includes the recording, summary, transcript, topics, and action items without a customer login.

External links for analyzed meetings now provide the recap as well as the recording. This expands the recording-only sharing introduced in April.

Customers and collaborators can review agreed next steps without your team downloading video or copying a summary into a separate email.

- Internal sales coaching, conversation metrics, and guest details kept private.
- Public-access controls that disable sharing when no longer needed.
- Stable links that become active again if sharing is re-enabled.
How to Use It
- Open GREENstick Business App → CRM → My Meetings → Recordings.
- Choose a processed meeting and select Share → External share.
- Enable Public access, copy the link, and share it only with intended recipients.
Good to Know
Anyone with an enabled public link can view its shared content. Available summary sections cannot be hidden individually, and analysis must be complete. Disable Public access when external sharing is no longer appropriate.
