    Products:Integrations, GREENstick Business App

    What’s New

Businesses that connected their own Stripe account can now disconnect it through a self-service flow.

    Why It Matters

A business changing payment providers or correcting a connection can take the next step without waiting for manual support.

    What’s Included

    • A self-service disconnect option.
    • An explanation of the affected payment data before confirmation.
    • Progress indicators while affected customer Stripe details are cleared.

    How to Use It

    1. Open the Stripe connection settings in GREENstick Business App where your account was originally connected.
    2. Choose Disconnect, review the warning, and confirm only if the described changes are intended.

    Good to Know

This applies only to businesses using their own Stripe connection. Disconnecting clears affected customers’ Stripe details in the account; review the warning carefully. A new Stripe account can be connected afterward.
