We listened, and today, we are thrilled to deliver two powerful updates to GREENstick Social Marketing: AI-Powered Localization and Unified Facebook Publishing.

1. Locally Relevant Content, Managed Centrally

For multi-location brands and franchises, the struggle has always been choosing between “easy” (posting the exact same generic message everywhere) and “effective” (manually editing posts for every single location).

The new AI-Powered Localization feature changes the game.

What is it? This update empowers you to create one single post and let AI automatically personalize the content for each individual location. Using AI Knowledge and your specific instructions, the system tailors the message so that every location receives a unique version that feels homegrown.

Social media isn’t just about static posts anymore. Short-form video and Stories are driving engagement. Previously, you had to jump between tools to publish different formats. Not anymore.

What is it? Social Marketing now supports Posts, Stories, and Reels within a single, unified workflow.

Why it matters:

• Wider Reach: Easily leverage high-engagement formats like Reels to reach new audiences.

How to Get Started

To try AI Localization (Multi-location):

1. Navigate to Business App > Groups > Social > Create > Post.
2. Select your target locations and networks.
3. Add your base content.
4. Toggle on “Let AI personalize content by location.”

Note: You will see a “Personalization in progress” tag. Once complete, you can review the localized versions!

To try New Facebook Formats:

1. Navigate to Social Marketing > Create.
2. Select Facebook as your network.
3. Open Advanced Options and choose your publish type (Post, Story, or Reel).
4. Preview and Publish!
