Too many nonprofit leaders spend precious hours answering repetitive emails, managing intake forms, creating a consistent stream of high-quality media content, or chasing down online reviews.
This Giving Tuesday season, we aren’t just donating money; we are donating capacity, efficiency, and relief.
Provides fast, helpful responses through phone, chat, text, or connected sites. Answer questions, promote products and services, book appointments, manage intake, and handle support issues —all hands-off 27/7/365.
Increases customer awareness and engagement across all social media channels. Creates, schedules, and publishes content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms that educate and generate new growth opportunities.
Crafts thoughtful responses to reviews and posts on behalf of the organization and generates review requests to get more positive feedback and manage negative ones.
This grant is designed to make an immediate, tangible impact. We aren’t looking for massive national conglomerates with unlimited budgets; we are looking for the local organizations that are the backbone of our community—the ones doing the heavy lifting but struggling to keep up with the demand.
To ensure our AI workforce provides the massive relief it is designed for, we are looking for non-profits that meet the following three criteria:
We want to help neighbors helping neighbors.
Must be based in the United States.
Their primary focus should be serving their immediate local or regional community (e.g., food banks, animal shelters, youth advocacy groups, local housing initiatives).
Our technology solves volume problems. The ideal nominee is successful in their mission but drowning in administrative noise.
Signs they fit: They have a high volume of missed calls, endless unread emails, or a backlog of intake forms.
Their staff is “stretched too thin,” often spending more time on data entry and phone tag than on their actual mission.
We can provide the fuel, but they need the engine.
Must have a functional website: Our AI tools (like the Web Chat or Content Creator) need a digital “home” to live on.
Open to Innovation: Leadership must be willing to adopt new technology to improve their workflow. We provide the “white-glove” setup, but they need to provide the willingness to grow.
