AI-Generated Review Responses Launched

What is it?

Artificial intelligence has been integrated into the Manage Reviews functionality in Reputation Management to allow users to quickly create a review response using AI-generated content. This feature works for accounts with Reputation Management Pro that have either Google or Facebook connected.

Why is this important?

Streamlines the process when you want to respond quickly to a review on Google or Facebook to save time, improve the ease of content creation, reduce research needed, and allows you to interact with your audiences faster.

How does it work?

Go to Reputation Management dashboard the click “Reviews” –> “Manage Reviews” in the main menu. Filter reviews by Google or Facebook and “Without Responses” to display the reviews that require a response. Look for the “Suggest Response” and select that:

After clicking “Suggest Response” the AI will generate a response: 

After the AI response is generated, you can make edits or changes to it. If you are satisfied with the response, simply click the “Respond” button. 

When is it available?

Currently, the feature is enabled for Trusted Testers and will be released in January 2023 to all Customers with Reputation Management Pro activated.

Chris also worked as the National Marketing Manager for Fore Property Company, where he ran the lease-up efforts for new apartment developments in Denver, Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, Orlando, and Portland. Prior to joining Fore Property Company, Christopher managed the advertising for over 150 multifamily communities at CoStar, a commercial real estate information and marketing provider based in Washington, D.C. Beckwith-Taylor’s marketing experience began in 2006 as a leasing consultant in Chicago for Village Green, a management company based out of Farmington Hills, Michigan. He last served as a Regional Marketing Director there, overseeing sales, marketing and assisting with business development initiatives.
